“న్యాయేనార్జన మర్థ్యస్య వర్థనం పాలనం తథా |
సత్ప్రాప్తే ప్రతిపత్తిశ్చ రాజవృత్తం చతుర్విధం ||“.
(రాజవృత్తి నాలుగు విధములు - అర్థమును న్యాయమార్గమున నార్జించుట, అట్లు ఆర్జించిన అర్థమును వృద్ధిచేయుట, దానిని కాపాడుకొనుట, దానిని తగిన పాత్రునియందు వినియోగించుట).
“nyāyēnārjana marthyasya varthanaṃ pālanaṃ tathā |
satprāptē pratipattiśca rājavṛttaṃ caturvidhaṃ ||“.
(rājavṛtti nālugu vidhamulu - arthamunu nyāyamārgamuna nārjiṃcuṭa, aṭlu ārjiṃcina arthamunu vṛddhicēyuṭa, dānini kāpāḍukonuṭa, dānini tagina pātruniyaṃdu viniyōgiṃcuṭa).
